La Fromagerie des Jalles is easy to spot thanks to its attractive shopfront featuring a large photo of a cheese cellar. Behind the sign is Pierre Dauchez, fromager affineur in Pessac. Here, you'll find passionate advice and advice on cheeses, and you can even ask to taste before you buy.
