Un repas qui commence en beauté les 3 premiers plats (thon/langoustine/seiche) sont exceptionnels des montages parfait vraiment on se régale de cette créativité et de cette maîtrise technique digne de très gros établissements et là premier raté un turbot trop cuit avec un du jambon séché qui accentue le côté trop cuit du poisson, beaucoup moins d'équilibre dans les goûts...
Un agneau pour suivre avec une bonne cuisson et un bon jus finalement; mais tellement rien à voir avec le début du repas....
Un dessert autour de la figue avec la beaucoup de goûts différents annoncés... Trop de curry texture pas très agréable des idées originales mais je pense pas vraiment abouti alors que au final la réalisation technique est correct ????
Quand au service très médiocre pas de communication entre eux, pas de maître d'hôtel aucune interaction avec les clients carte des vins très légère...
On ne renouvellera pas.
Tres grande piscine agreable.
L’hotel è composto da un parcheggio chiuso riservato agli ospiti, una zona piscina meravigliosa, una zona ristorante sotto un antico portico che si affaccia su un piccolo giardino, un’area esterna con poltrone e tavolini per rilassarsi e prendere un aperitivo, un’area esterna tra mura antiche per la colazione e 3 blocchi abitativi in cui si trovano le camere.
Camera e bagno enormi, servizio di pulizia perfetto (2 volte al dì), frigobar sempre pieno e massima cortesia di tutto lo staff.
