In the room, on the terrace or in the shady garden, you can taste them: merguez, beef, magret, lamb, Antillean sausage, kefta, cuttlefish, gambas, mussels… All baked in wood fire. And also: duck of duck or beautiful piece of the Angus race, pork of the region's mountains, semi-rabbit roasted with herbs, rib or calf coast, grilled at the wood fire and accompanied by ash potatoes or vegetables of the moment. The meat is just excellent and copious plates. Tatin Maison house to finish, tiramisu with the spéculoos and judicious choice of regional wines. The evenings are nice, we have fun, we sing around the swimming pool.
