Virtuoso cooking of the chef Thierry Grard in an upscale restaurant in Grau d'Agde.
Fine sand as far as the eye can see and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon, this is the setting for this top-of-the-range address in Grau d'Agde. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort, in the middle of the dunes and lulled by the sea spray, the establishment has quickly become a rendezvous not to be missed under any circumstances. We particularly appreciate its décor, rather exotic in the dining room and lounge on the terrace. These two areas serve as a showcase for the virtuoso cuisine of chef Thierry Grard and his team. They draw from the seasons, the arrivals, their experiences and their imaginations to elaborate gourmet and delicate proposals. We loved the scallops and the very melting - and chic - Kobe beef, a rarity in the region. Although the prices are higher than in a classic restaurant, they are explained by the quality of the products used and do not exceed a certain threshold. It's easy to see why this is one of the restaurants eagerly awaiting its reopening.
