With its silhouette and its bistro decor, we enjoy discovering Hervé's table, one of the most famous in the Agatha region. In this house, Hervé Dos Santos, a chef trained in great houses, proposes a generous and greedy menu. His delights are there to make you live a good moment full of tastes. Carpaccio of sea bass from Galicia with lime, Tirabuixo pig chop, all topped with a lemon-raspberry crunch with honey and lemon sorbet: the plates are deliciously simmered and the flavors refreshing.

Quelle bonne surprise ce restaurant un chef digne de ce nom un service sympathique et attentionné sans prétention mais une cuisine de qualité et des saveurs recherchées voilà une excellente adresse d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
