For five editions, the City of Agde has been hosting the Passion Chocolat exhibition at the Moulin des Evêques. Every November, nearly fifty exhibitors - mainly from the Occitan region - take up their quarters in the venue. Among them are renowned chocolate and pastry chefs, world champions and designers. They travel around to showcase their work, introduce the public to the different flavours of chocolate, describe their new preparations... Their interventions are also punctuated by demonstrations, competitions and conferences to change the rhythm of the days a little. Gourmets and the curious will be delighted by these three days of delights.
