MANADE SAUVAN
Frédéric is in charge of selecting the best animals to have the pleasure of running them in the Camargue races
It was their love of the Camargue bulls that pushed Frederic and Julie Sauvan to open their own farm in 2007. The couple has first set up their farm in Adge and then in Latte. They offer presentations of their activity. Once the manade is visited, visitors will have the opportunity to observe bullfighting traditions and a demonstration of sorting by the herdsmen on horseback. As a manager, Frédéric is in charge of selecting the best animals to have the pleasure of having them run during Camargue races in order to offer them a long and brilliant career. Finally, thanks to their portable arenas, the Sauvan organize bullfighting shows in the villages.
