A path, old stones, a beautiful and timeless setting for a gourmet stopover, this is what awaits you in this beautiful farmhouse nestled in the garrigue. Run by Aurore and Jérôme Aurelle, the establishment has everything to seduce you: typical accommodation, nearly 300 references in its wine cellar and a restaurant that honours the terroir and Mediterranean flavours. Behind his stoves, Jérôme, of Aveyron origin, concocts a very tempting cuisine of character: home-made duck foie gras terrine and its walnut brioche, Roquefort flan, tripous Saugras-style, goose leg confit, orange croquignole, fruit millefeuille and its caramel... We're asking for more.

Restaurant gastronomique référencé entre autres au Gault et Millau et maintenant dans nos adresse à retenir. Pour un menu complet, mise en bouche, entrée avec foie gras, plat (volaille sauce aux cèpes ou filet de bœuf sauce aux morilles), dessert, mignardise, avec un verre de vin, on atteint les 50 € / pers, mais cela les vaut !
