MAS DES AGRUNELLES
Stéphanie Ponson and Frédéric Porro exalt the taste buds of even the most discerning connoisseurs, with wines produced according to the rhythm of the seasons, on this 25-hectare farmhouse at an altitude of 130 m, using organic and biodynamic methods. These are unique wines, produced in the AOC Terrasses du Larzac region in the Hérault hinterland, on a singular terroir that gives their cuvées a distinctive character. Here, climate and soil dictate the rules, allowing little interference in the winemaking process, which is parcel-based rather than varietal, with each harvest vinified separately, to give full expression to the terroir. Discover superb cuvées such as "le carino", a single-varietal blend of black carignan from old vines, or "l'indigène", a blend of syrah, grenache and carignan, a full-bodied wine with hints of red fruit, blackcurrant and spices. Surprising and explosive wines, deep, light and well-balanced, that will undoubtedly seduce you.
