SAINT-LAURENT CHURCH AND OLD VILLAGE
This parish church of Saint-Laurent is attached to the old fortress of Guillaume d'Azillanet
Dating from 1700, the parish church of Saint-Laurent is attached to the old fortress of Guillaume d'Azillanet. The remains of the old castle, the vaults of the former convent of the sisters of Saint Joseph, the old houses, the fortified doors and the narrow streets form an attractive ensemble. Among the richness and originality of the local heritage, the Lion Fountain, an original work sculpted in the rock by Jean Buckart in the 19th century, is particularly worth seeing.
