Franck Piget holds this artisan bakery with his wife in the heart of the medieval centre of Balaruc. The whole range of pastries and pastries is present as well as excellent breads. We fougasse, local speciality, is prepared according to an ancient recipe that includes bread, we and spices… the rest is at the discretion of the master bakes! The product was awarded by the Hérault Gourmand 2013 competition. It also offers its services for weddings, baptisms and communions.

Petite boulangerie. Allez y de bonne heure , car les bonnes adresses sont prises d'assaut. Croissants croustillants comme le pain d'ailleurs.

Votre pain est bon mais les horaires ne sont pas à jour, c'est fermé l'après midi, je me suis cassée le nez????

Le pain et bon c'est dommage que toute les après midi il Manque de Pâtisseries ( je pense qu'il faudrait voir avec les Préparatifs de Pâtisseries à moins que manque de Clients) Bonne journée à vous deux
