Résidence vieillissante, à rafraîchir. Studio équipé correctement côté vaisselle mais moins bien côté petit électroménager. Aspirateur rafistolé au scotch, bouilloire 1er prix.
Et ménage approximatif à l'arrivée.
Reveillée 2 matins dans la semaine à 6h par les éboueurs et par les autres résidents. Peu insonorisé.
Éclairage absent sur les balcons.
