Tielle is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated local specialties in the region and the Dassé family history is linked to this delicious product. Indeed, Adrienne Virduci, the great-grandmother of the Dassé brothers commercialized the first tielle in 1937. Four generations later, Frédéric and Lionel Dassé perpetuate tradition while giving it a modern touch. In their new store in Balaruc-les-Bains, they have a spacious showroom and a tasting space. You can discover the specialty and many of its versions there. You want to note that a catering service is also in place.
