Tielle is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated local specialties in the region and the Dassé family history is linked to this delicious product. Indeed, Adrienne Virduci, the great-grandmother of the Dassé brothers commercialized the first tielle in 1937. Four generations later, Frédéric and Lionel Dassé perpetuate tradition while giving it a modern touch. In their new store in Balaruc-les-Bains, they have a spacious showroom and a tasting space. You can discover the specialty and many of its versions there. You want to note that a catering service is also in place.

Mais alors un acceuil d’une autre planète…
On rentre un gars passe l'aspirateur
(de chantier/très bruyant ) il fait un doigt à sa collègue.
De plus on entendait rien avec l'aspirateur, le minimum aurait été de l’arrêter le temps que des clients entrent en boutique. Et pour couronner le tout, la dame de la caisse qui se fend la gueule car une mamie arrivait pas à sortir du magasin.
Devant des clients ce comportement est plus que moyen.
Et pourtant je suis loin d’être un coincé du c*l
