Tielle is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated local specialties in the region and the Dassé family history is linked to this delicious product. Indeed, Adrienne Virduci, the great-grandmother of the Dassé brothers commercialized the first tielle in 1937. Four generations later, Frédéric and Lionel Dassé perpetuate tradition while giving it a modern touch. In their new store in Balaruc-les-Bains, they have a spacious showroom and a tasting space. You can discover the specialty and many of its versions there. You want to note that a catering service is also in place.

je suis passé chez vous en fin d'après midi pour acheté une soit disant Tielle Sétoise. N'étant pas de la région, je ne savais pas qu'une Tielle Sétoise était juste une tarte au thon. L'artisanat c'est bien mais il faut bien le faire. Je pense qu'il y a assez de livres de cuisine pour apprendre à faire des Tielles Sétoise. Vous m'avez vraiment pris pour un Thon mais sans le C. Je ne vous conseillerais jamais à personne.
