At La fille du Joep, a small, fresh and iodized address, you can eat products directly from traditional oyster farmers who have been working for 50 years in the Thau Basin. You can order your platters of shellfish and fresh fish to take away, or taste them right across the street at the terrace of the bar Le Mistral. On the menu you can choose from oysters, mussels, snails, clams, sea urchins, shrimps, but also sea bream, sea bass, sole and mullet. Each product comes from the production and fishing of the owners.
