Church dedicated to St. Peter the Lion, keeping the archives in a niche in the wall at the base of the bell tower
The church is mentioned as early as 990. Dedicated to Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens, the archives were kept in a niche in the wall at the base of the bell tower. Remodeled in the 12th century, it was fortified in the 14th century. At the same time, a 20-metre high bell tower was built and later raised. In the 15th and 16th centuries, two side chapels were built. The paintings decorating the nave have been restored, giving the church its 19th century appearance.
