VIGNOBLES BARON DE LA LIQUISSE
This former seigneury of Beaulieu, extending over 50 ha, is now the property of Baron Georges de Ginestous. Among the many traditional grape varieties grown, we discover one of the oldest Syrah vines in the Languedoc. It's true that the de Ginestous family contributes to give its letters of nobility to many grape varieties, through the estates it owns in the most emblematic vineyards of the hexagon, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Carignan or Cabernet Franc. On tasting, an award-winning range of wines from the Coteaux-du-Languedoc, Coteaux-du-Languedoc Grès-de-Montpellier and Vin de Pays d'Oc. The work of the land is done with respect and tradition, to obtain products of quality and authenticity. A novelty, on a marvellous AOC terroir, a "hidden" vineyard of Rolle and Roussanne, not far from a secret tenement of Petit Verdot.
