Here, we cook as locally as possible! The vegetarian plate is a delight: green salad with roasted cashew nuts, veggie muffin, tartine de tome de brebis, summer tian. Menus change with the seasons. You can also sample 2 types of coffee roasted in Lamalou-les-Bains and ground on site, as well as various teas, herbal teas, syrups and local fruit juices. Home-made sweet and savoury crêpes are available throughout the day. This place is also a fair-trade grocery store, a bar and, as of July 2019, a gîte. A must-see!
