CHAI CHRISTINE CANNAC
Initially a sommelier for great restaurants such as Gagnaire or the Octopus, Christine Cannac has set up her cellar and sunny terrace opposite the town hall in Bédarieux, in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards. Of course, the influences come from Faugères (Barral), Saint-Chinian (Navarre, Pelletier). There is also a Madon red wine vinified by Christian Venier in Candé-sur-Beuvron, a pinot noir from Alsace by Gérard Schueller, or a champagne by Emmanuel Lassaigne. On the plate, the tapas take over: Iberian charcuterie and lentil fricandeau. To finish off at a reasonable price, you can enjoy a chocolate chip and bitter orange cake. All this, savoury or sweet, at very low prices.

On s est régalé !
La tenancière est sympa, connaît bien ses produits, connaît certains des viticulteurs qui font le vin qu'elle vend, et même "jusqu'aux chèvres des éleveurs du fromage qu'elle vend" !!
Je recommande :)
