On the banks of the Orb, nestled in the hollow of the causses landscapes, the Pelissols estate revolves around a very pretty 17th century building. The parcels, located in clay-limestone soils, have been exploited since antiquity. Rigorous specifications regulate the proper adaptation of the grape varieties to the terroirs and the judicious choice of soils and exposures allows the production of wines of great subtlety. The red wines offer spicy, peppery notes. The whites, on the other hand, reveal fruity aromas. With five bedrooms and a table d'hôtes to complete the whole thing
