The vineyard is managed according to the rules of organic farming. On 8 ha, the plots of old vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, are selected and classified according to their potential before blending. The vintages are named after original names that reflect the humour of this winegrower who is passionate about the wine history of Languedoc. The tasting at the estate takes place in an old barn with a relaxing twilight, offering a curious show with old peasant tools hung on the walls and rusty bicycle frames hanging from the master beams of the roof structure.
