Here's an address just the way we like it. The beautiful building, with its patio and shaded terrace, its large wood-fired grill and its room decorated in white and grey see Laurent's delights parade through each service. Nicknamed "Laulo", the chef cooks in a fantastic rhythm of copious duck breasts, Simmental entrecote steaks of young cattle or prawns flambéed in pastis. Here the wood-fired grill is king! A menu of specialities is also put forward, there is a surprise entrecote, a parillada, and you can also add a marrow bone to our meats. The proposals are generous, fresh and colourful. We appreciate the fact that we can sprinkle the whole with references from the region such as the famous rosé of Bessan or the Villa Delmas.
