Japanese restaurant in Béziers, one of the best in the south of France.

Ping Zhang, originally from Shanghai, is one of the best Japanese chefs in the south of France. Having arrived in France in 2017 to study Fine Arts, he finished second in the French sushi championship in 2019, and was a finalist in the world championship in Tokyo the same year, with the French team. The decor of his restaurant is hushed and refined, with an aesthetic presentation of dishes reminiscent of the influence of fine art. Enjoy sushi, sashimi, maki, rolls, yakitori and other elaborate Japanese dishes.

J'ai commandé a emporter c'était vraiment très bon et copieux, le service est de qualité. Je ne suis pas de la région mais la carte du restaurant sur place est plus travaillée qu'à emporter. Lors de mon prochain passage sur Besier je réserverai une table car j'ai été content de la qualité et du service haut de gamme.

Excellent restaurant gastronomique japonais. Les plats sont une explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchée! Tout est délicieux et raffiné de l entrée au dessert ! Le personnel est professionnel, sympathique , souriant et compétent. Le cadre est très classe. On est très bien installés et il n y a aucun temps d attente entre les plats. Bref, un établissement 5 etoiles que je vous recommande les yeux fermés. Bravo et merci pour ce voyage gustatif au pays du soleil levant.
