A true invitation to travel, the Palais de Indra - Gandhi - has discovered in a traditional Indo-Pakistan framework refined all the wonders of the cuisine of these regions. In addition to Biryani and curries, the specialty of the house is the Tandoori: meat marinated in soft spices and then toast in clay oven called Tandoori, a soft and scented delight to wish.
