A few steps from the Hyper Casino, this address was a great revelation of this year. In the Montimaran area, it was taken up by a young couple and completely relookée and modernised. Thierry and Audrey offer a nice cuisine where the product is highlighted and presentations are up to the top. For this price, the dishes of the day are surprising of originality. We'll have loved this melting game playing pork with caramel and the very good duck in orange. The other dishes on the map are not: perfect de and home fries, duck aiguillettes cherry and balsamic sauce; and to finish a floating walnut island, which is excellent. Thierry, cook and pastry maker, knows his job. It is noted that a small restaurant-adjoining estanco offers quality sandwiches, home and flat pastries. But if you try to stay in the tea lounge, nothing prevents you from doing so. Needless to say, this young couple with a certain talent is smiling and has already succeeded in his challenge: make this place one of the best price-quality ratios of Du.
