MARIA THERESA
Opened about 5 years ago, it is a magnificent restaurant with a beautiful hall along a large counter, a mezzanine upstairs, open on a beautiful terrace and all under a lovely glass roof. A place that surprises by its architecture within walking distance. Great, certainly, but there is no shortage of heat, with its modern decoration, its very square service and its fine music. Very nice first impression! On entry: green asparagus of Iberian ham or the spring salad with fresh vegetable sticks and a wrap with chives cream: Fresh and crisp! The very good dishes smell good for Spain and the Mediterranean like this pig's parellae or Duroc sausage, the pig coast and presses of Duroc that give us a taste. We'll also find a very powerful lamb mouse and our heartbeat: Asado, a porcelain shoulder! The fish are not there: squid, seiche and gambas at the plancha or the back of iced cod with aioli. And this weekend, the atmosphere goes up a notch during musical evenings (the program is on their site). And how happy to taste tapas, pan con tomato, choricitos, Iberian ham, manchego, gambas, marinates marinated between friends at these evenings where DJ Yas and Ben J ensure the sound and the atmosphere you need! Certainly, this is the address that moves on Béziers. The clientele is diverse, beautiful, young and not only. Everyone is looking for it, both the pressed person who wants to eat well and the friends of Saturday night around tapas or the Saturday night party who is bursting on an excellent musical and dance programming.
