BRASSERIE LE VIEUX SIÈGE
On the square, in front of the town hall, the brewery Le Vieux Siege held by Christine and Raymond has been offering the same formula for more than twenty-three years: Good brewery kitchen in a beautiful room decorated in style 1930 or on the terrace overlooking this new place. The chef deals with classics such as anchovy, salmon tartare, basket of meats, sole sucker or gamlow-fed gambas… But also the grilled mussels and their aioli, the salad of the old sitting (gizzards, candies, magret and foie gras), veal head or gamlow rum. We're getting out of the way. To accompany these recipes, the map offers a wide range of regional wines. Let yourself be tempted by café gourmand XXL! and a meringue lemon pie or house chocolate mousse to finish.
