After a few months of work, this brasserie offers tempting cuisine. On one of the best places of the city with a large glass bay overlooking the square and two large terraces on the aisles Paul Riquet. Jackson, Nicolas and the whole team offer a brasserie that also has changed and won in quality. Liver gras house, Caesar salad, blanquette that we tasted and enjoyed. The map is short, the «home» predominates, the establishment is known as «master restaurant» since its reopening. The wine list is not in the Reste d'Hortes area of the Colombette area.
