A nice address for carnivores in Béziers.

With several addresses in Occitania, this restaurant with an atypical concept is reserved for carnivores! The setting is that of an old-fashioned butcher's shop: the tables where the knives are planted are equipped with drawers in which each person will find a napkin, cutlery and seasoning. Here, it's a unique dish with the one kilo rib of beef, matured, massaged with olive oil and cooked to your heart's content. Accompanied by chips and green salad, wine that you pay for by the centimetre and a cheese that you weigh, this is definitely a surprising address!

En gros si vous aimez une bonne côté de boeuf cuite parfaitement, allez y les yeux fermés. Si vous voulez autre chose allez dans un autre restaurant. ????
