For breakfast in the morning, lunch with colleagues or a snack with the children, Le Johane offers healthy, home-made cuisine. Fresh seasonal products are on the menu, and the vegetarian proposals are appreciated. During our visit: salad with blue honey and walnuts, cassolette of tatin with camembert cheese, rabbit marinated with herbs, pear and almond gratin, were a delight for the gourmets.
