Inventive seasonal cuisine in a restaurant with terrace in Béziers.
Behind its old-fashioned façade, this restaurant hides a little gem: its dining room set in a vaulted cellar. You can also enjoy your meal on the sunny terrace. The chef always concocts seasonal dishes, such as filet mignon of pork with chestnuts or pot-au-feu de la mer. Desserts are just as inventive, like roasted pineapple with brown sugar and licorice coulis, or minty kiwi gazpacho. The creativity in the kitchen is very impressive, bravo!
