Nous nous sommes arrêtés au Victor un soir de pluie lors d´une étape à Beziers.

De la prise de commande à l´addition, rien ne va.
La " patronne" surement atteinte de la maladie d´Azeimer tourne en rond, prend et reprend la commande. La jeune serveuse, elle, n´a toujours pas compris qu'elle travaille dans un restaurant et découvre son metier. Bon! Nous avons compris que nous aurions dû lire les avis avant de nous assoir.
Autour de nous, que des etrangers, par chance pour l´établissement, chacun misant sur l´incompréhension du langage pour être tolérant.
Pour finir, il n´est peut être pas trop tard pour changer de métier,
pour le respect des clients et de la restauration.
Restaurant à éviter sans modération. Une rente de situation, rien d'autre.
