As soon as we arrive, we are stunned by the beauty of the 19th century façade. Once past the threshold, we quickly return to the reason for our visit, the menu of the Bistrot de l'Hôtel de Ville. With fresh and local products, it delights our mind and awakens our taste buds. We heard a lot of praise for the Aubrac tartar cut with a knife... and we confirm, it's a sin mignon! The wines served by the glass and the tapas are not bad either.

Dés le premier pas le patron nous annonce sèchement pas de café je n en sers pas.Je me tourne vers des amis assis à une autre table en leur disant (il plaisante!) Ce a quoi
ils répondent non il refuse de servir des cafés.....
Nous commandons 4 chocolats qui arrivent tard ,bons mais tièdes.20 euros. Il nous explique qu il doit laver les 4 tasses....
.....
Entre temps un couple situé derrière la porte sort car ils n ont pas ete servi et sont arrivés avant nous.Ils sont calmes .par contre le patron y va de sa remarque.....se plaint d etre seul à assurer le service.je comprends qu il assume seul mais comme accueil il y a mieux.Bonne année Monsieur le commercant.
