Opening in October 2023, Calice is the new culinary jewel in the city of Béziers. This gastronomic restaurant is led by chef Fabien Lefebvre, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004. This recently Michelin-starred restaurant exudes a soft, vegetal, warm atmosphere in a small room that seats 28 guests. On the plate, the chef and his team offer a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with a refined presentation of the produce. And don't forget the more than 780 wines on offer!
