It's following an hour hour appointment that will be credited to your motivations and lifestyle that you can meet your new friend. One of the members of the SPA will then teach you the basics to educate an animal. In case of concern with your dog or cat, do not hesitate to call the educator, who will give you the advice you need free of charge.
