TAURIN MUSEUM
Museum in the former Dominican convent in Béziers with a permanent exhibition on bullfighting culture.
Béziers has been a traditional bullfighting town since the 19th century, and it's only fitting that it should have a museum dedicated to the art of bullfighting. The museum, housed since 2015 in the former Dominican convent, presents a permanent exhibition on bullfighting culture. It brings together a large number of objects from the collections of the Union taurine biterroise: "toro" heads, "costumes of light" bequeathed by great bullfighters, photographs of the legends of the Biterrois bullring (El Cordobès, Nimeno II, Luis Miguel Dominguin...). There is also space for temporary exhibitions.
