One of their specialities, the cockles of Saint-Aphrodise, is to be discovered especially in April on the occasion of the traditional patronal festival of Béziers.

cependant, apres une petite bataille de chantilly avec ma femme, nous avons trouvé qu'elle avait une bonne tenu certe,(notamment sur les murs), mais un peu trop collante ????????????
