An address not to be missed in Béziers, all the more so now that it has won THE Béziers pastry competition par excellence, we are of course talking about the "Coque d'or" competition. This distinction, known and recognized by all Biterrois, echoes the speciality of the house and the local culinary traditions which, every April 28, honor the patron saint of the city by making and tasting (it goes without saying) the cockles of Saint-Aphrodise. C'est ma boulangerie préférée, un établissement très correct, une équipe très professionnel et très accueillante et serviable envers ses client et sans oublier le personnel qui nettoie les tables de la terrasse, je recommande chaudement d'y aller sans hésiter.

L'une des rares boulangeries de Béziers, une variété de baguettes allant de la tradition au multigraines en passant par la baguette au charbon, jolie pâtisserie. Malheureusement, accueil irrégulier, on peu bien tomber ou mal tomber, ce qui est parfois contrariant...
