The old wooden shop of the Coucourus House, between the Central Halles and Madeleine Square, is always attracting attention. Inside, the shop gathers a beautiful selection of poultry, cured and country products. Daniel Martinez, as a good professional, travels regularly in Aveyron and Tarn to select the best products. Also in this shop: many preserves of high quality cooked dishes, dried mushrooms, honey and other local products.

Très bon Petit poulet rôti solo, mais la surprise fut son tarif : 21€, c'est une expérience rarissime et fort heureusement ????‍????
Quelques PDT en accompagnement auraient été les bienvenues.
