The Canal du Demi-La Gorge Fraîche craft brewery stands proudly on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Installed in a former sugar refinery, the bar-boutique with its industrial atmosphere offers an ideal break to discover the full range of beers of the place. The white beer tickles with its notes of spices and citrus fruits, the blond one has a beautiful golden color, while the amber one delights the taste buds with its caramelized flavors. The managers also offer for sale the wines of friends and spirits of the region.

Je ne connaissais ce lieu que par le fait que c était un point relais .Mais le personnel est si souriant et accueillant que j y vais aussi pour acheter des pots de miel et de tartinades de producteurs locaux . L ambiance est sympathique et bien que je ne boive pas d alcool j ai toujours un réel plaisir a y aller. Un lieu que je recommande à toutes et tous . Vous ne serez pas déçu.
