Domaine de la Barthe, in the Eychenne family since the early 20th century, was taken over by Yves and Viera in the 1960s. It offers fine, controlled wines, gorged with the sun of the garrigue and born of clay-limestone soils typical of the region. Their diversified vineyards (Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Muscat d'Alexandrie...) stretch along the slopes of the Canal du Midi, offering a broad palette of aromas. The Métamorphose and Eurythmie cuvées have won awards at the Languedoc Grand Vin competitions.

Visited in august 2022
We were pleasantly surprised by our visit here! The wine tasting was nice and intimate, we got to try 5 or so bottles stood in the lovely courtyard. The family was very friendly and we ended up buying a few boxes!
