François and Vincent Pugibet are unclassifiable winegrowers and figures on the Languedoc wine scene. Located on the northern edge of the city of Béziers, the Colombette estate proves every year that this terroir is capable of producing fabulous nectars. In 1995, Colombette was awarded the title of best Chardonnay in the world. In 2009, after ten years of research on alcohol reduction, the Plume range, with wines at only 9%, was rewarded. Lively and spicy, fleshy and acidic, fresh and lively, these wines are simply sublime!

Excellent cours d'oenologie avec le fils, Vincent qui n'a pas hésité à nous consacrer plus de 2 h de son temps pour nous parler de son domaine.
Les vins sont à des prix très abordables. Je recommande sans hésitation. Ph Vautrin.
