The chef Gaël Gabriac and his team use it in all its forms and offer magnificent combinations of flavours. The chef highlights the multiple flavours of this tuber, creating harmonious combinations. But that's not all, as the chef also offers more classic brasserie dishes as well as catering dishes, which change very regularly. An excellent address.

Présentation, qualité plats et tarifs rien à redire. Salarié(e)s ravis
Pour l'organisation du service je ne peux pas dire. Limité par un horaire de pause, il nous livre en temps et en heure dans le même immeuble.
