Restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and homemade burger specialties
Quick lunchtime formulas and a more extensive menu featuring house specialties. On the menu at the time of our visit: fourme d'Ambert crisp, cuttlefish a la plancha, and fromage blanc with local honey. Chef Eddy Lacourarie, Maître Restaurateur and member of the Toques Blanches Internationales, offers 100% home-style cooking using fresh produce from small-scale producers. Two menus are available: a rustic one with flavors from our childhood and a bistronomic (semi-gastronomic) one. The menu changes every two weeks. What more could you ask for than a family atmosphere and carefully prepared dishes?
