A historic church with a remarkable century high altar and a bell from 1686 in Boujan-sur-Libron, worth visiting.
The church of Saint-Etienne has had an eventful history: built in the 11th century on the ruins of a Visigothic chapel, it was destroyed and rebuilt in the 13th century. It was destroyed again and rebuilt in the 14th century in the Gothic style. All that remains of the Romanesque church is a capital and a column of Saint-Pons marble. The bell tower was completed in the 17th century: the keystone at the top bears the date 1666. The high altar of the 18th century and the bell of 1686 are classified as historical monuments.
