April and October: daily departure at 3pm. May, June and September: departures at 11am, 2.30pm and 4pm. July and August: departures at 11 am, 2:30 pm, 4 pm and 5:30 pm. November to March: group bookings only. High season: open every day and on public holidays. Free for children under 3. Adults: €14. Children (aged 3 to 16): €10. Group (10 people): €10. Private parties on request. Guided tour. Catering (shellfish tasting by prior arrangement, for groups).

After leaving the port of Bouzigues, head for the Gouffre de la Vise in Balaruc les Bains.
The tour continues with a stop at the "Poissons du Soleil" fry farm, and for them, it's lunchtime!
The tour continues along the water, past the Roquérols lighthouse off the coast of Sète, and finally takes you to the shellfish farming area:
the boat docks at a specially landscaped park.
The submerged strands of oysters and mussels are mechanically lifted out of the water for all to see. The Captain, an oyster farmer by profession, explains his trade.
Visitors discover the various ropes showing the many stages in the shellfish's evolution:
From spat (small oyster) to marketable oyster, or from seed (small mussel) to fully mature mussel.
On the way back, enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the village of Bouzigues
