Visit of a remarkable museum retracing the history of shellfish farming in the Thau basin.

Here we discover the inhabitants of the village through their main activity: the small trades of fishing, the culture of oysters and mussels. Musée très instructif, ça vaut le détour. On apprend l'évolution de la venue de l'huître dans le bassin et les différentes façons de culture. J'ai bien aimé.
