The Monts mountains, with turbulent geology, have left us a site of great beauty and a land renowned for centuries for the high typical of its wines. Considered to be the smallest area in the Languedoc region with its 380 hectares in the middle of the 3 000 hectares of garrigues and wood, on shales fortified by the sliding limestone of scales supported at the Pic Peak (480 m), its winemakers have allied themselves to promote the know-how and quality of wines of their land by creating a museum cave. Their objective? have a recognition in local AOC. Before tasting and buying some of their bottles, the museum describes the geology of the Monts Mountains, makes an archaeological point of this land and offers photographic exhibitions of yesterday and today around winemaking processes… Wager won, because their realization is often cited as one of the department's successes. In the glass you should not miss the Cantata wines of the Garrigues and the Pines Fields (limited production!).

Un dimanche, de plus, quand trouver une cave ouverte dans le coin est très compliqué , à notre grand étonnement.
Les vins sont, de plus, abordables.
