The Maison Pourthié is a must in the Pays de l'Or. This family business - opened in 1980 - treats its customers with choice poultry and chickens. Within the farm, the birds are raised in semi-freedom and fed with natural maize grown in France. In the middle of the vegetation of the Petite Camargue, chickens and poultry grow, develop, reproduce, and the meat is even better. On the farm, the family prepares and markets chickens and guinea fowl, produces poultry products (sausage, pâté, rillettes, etc.) and sells manure to other farmers. Maison Pourthié is also present in some markets in the region.
